Brantley Baseball & Softball Erosion

The Brantley Diamond Club received a Wiregrass Resource Conservation & Development Council Grant to provide landscaping and erosion control at the baseball and softball field. The objective of the project was to provide erosion control by installing crusher run and shade by planting over 25 trees as part of the landscaping portion of the project. The project will benefit adults and kids who use the ballparks and attend games as well as enhance the community. Partners included Brantley School, Alabama Clean Water Partnership, Town of Brantley, Andalusia Garden Center and Landscaping and Wiregrass RC&D Council.
