You’re invited to the 2018 Alabama Association of Resource Conservation and Development Councils Annual Conference at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama, Sunday, April 22nd- Tuesday, April 24th! Listed below is all of the information pertaining to the conference, including registration and hotel accommodations.

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: APRIL 1ST, 2018
How to Register:
- Click HERE to register online. (Only online registrations will be accepted; however, there are multiple methods of payment)
- Early Full Registration (open until April 1, 2018) ……… $250.00
- Late Full Registration ……… $300.00
(PLEASE NOTE: Prices are the same for everyone, including spouses and guests)
- Meal Tickets will be available for purchase for individuals who are NOT purchasing Full Registration. Prices for Meal Tickets vary based on breakfast, lunch, and dinner. More information on meal tickets and prices are listed on the registration form.
- To receive the group rate you must identify yourselves as participants of 2018 Alabama Association of RC&D Councils Annual Conference
- LAST DAY TO MAKE A RESERVATION AND RECEIVE THE GROUP RATE IS MARCH 21st 2018!!
- To book your hotel room you may either call the Perdido Beach Resort or make your reservation online:
- Checks can be made out to the “Alabama Association of RC&D Councils” and sent to P.O. Box 3128, Montgomery, AL 36109. Please include a copy of your registration receipt. This receipt is emailed to you by CognitoForms once your registration form is submitted. A copy of the registration receipt is needed so we can correctly mark the registrant as PAID in our system.
- Cash can be sent to the “Alabama Association of RC&D Councils” using the mailing address: P.O. Box 3128, Montgomery, AL 36109. Please include a copy of your registration receipt. This receipt is emailed to you by CognitoForms once your registration form is submitted. A copy of the registration receipt is needed so we can correctly mark the registrant as PAID in our system.
3. Debit/Credit Card:
- If you would like to pay with a Debit or Credit Card, select “Debit/Credit Card” as the payment method option when filling out your registration on CognitoForms. Once selecting this option, a Payment box will drop down where you can enter your card information.
Exhibit Space will be available for anyone interested in having one for $50.00. Please email email@example.com if you are interested in having an exhibit space. All inquiries must contact us by April 6, 2018, to be able to get a space. We will no longer be accepting Exhibitors after April 6, 2018.
